[2.00] some bugs found on the way Piatra Neamt (RO) to (PO)

have my first trip to Romania and also take a visit by Ukraine and got some things not right.
the bug might be false report and many in this thread, so correct me if I make something wrong

first of all, when I arrive Piatra Neamt, I noticed the time passes too fast "in the city"
it (time-scale) can't be screenshot so here's no figure about this.

second thing is Baia Mare, it has name and have "city discovered" message,
but all thing around Baia Mare are have no function

job station in Mukacheve placed too high as it has roadbump.

all bugs are tested with ETS2 1.22.2.7s 64bit and ProMods 2.00 (with 2nd Anniversary Trailer and Company but not Trailer Add-on)
Windows 10 fully updated.

These bugs is not a bug because many of these is rebuilt in much newer ProMods versions.

Also these coordinates isn't full with sector in front, so add full coordinates in future bug reports.
