From my experience the fix isn't needed at all for 2.55

It's happening the same problem to me too. If using promods and eaa, iberia dlc loose city names...

yes no city name me to, but after when i remove eaa 6 +pm 2.51 fix then the citys names of DCL Iberia showing again
