10.9 didn't add any new cities so I think the old version for 10.5 should work.

There is a ferry connection between Baku and Turkmenbashi, but for that you would need the AZGE add-on.

Thanks for responding. In order to use that Ferry connection, I must download "Roextended 2.9" + "AZGE addon 1.43" (with "connection with Southern Region 10.5/10.9")? Just those 3 things, it's right?
