Editor: Road texture not found

Hello.
Does anyone know why these textures are missing? And why is the car purple?

You can fix (1st image) the missing texture by clicking the (?) blue icon and clicking on red node of the road. Then go to "central shader" or something else and choose an terrain texture.

In the 2nd image there is nothing wrong, that's just an preview of the road.
