No, those two files posted by Kobra are it. The author published a preliminary build so as to be compatible with the new RusMap although he still wanted to finish bits here and there, so there could be bugs/mistakes. Anyway, we have Samara now)

For those who want, the author update his wonderful map to 1.43.x version and RusMap 2.4.3.

Guys, does anyone know where you can get the English names for the Volga map? To be updated to 1.43 or similar.

Try it with the Universal English Localization, that should do the job, can find it here:

Can confirm this, on the truckymods site there are English Names for all Russian Maps and the Balkans.
