No Idiotic Overland "Ferries"

For somebody like me who uses the ultimate map combos, almost everywhere is connected by drivable roads. As a result, the ferries in the original mods, which serve the players with no / smaller map combos, are redundant. So I made this mod to eliminate those connections.

The following ferry connections are removed:

Messina - Novorossiisk (SR)
Any connections to Stanchia Formachevo (sibriMap)
