When SibirMap reaches Kemerovo "Ке́мерово", then the Russian map mods are very close to halfway to Vladivostok "Владивосто́к" and Magadan "Магадан".
A russia.sui and maybe even a Russian background map, for all of the roads could be good to have?

If everything that needs to be copied already exists in the released version of SibirMap, then I could extract the time zones myself and insert them into our own mod. This way, the incompatibility regarding the SibirMap should be fixed until new time zones are created.

Horizon™, does ProMods need that file, or will it work without it? Reading SCS's version instead?

yes, then there will be no problems, and the priority for SibirMap is not needed

What version should I use?
ETS2_LAMB_EU-AF-AS-OC_THIN_BG_v1.2
Does not fit Spain, Sardinia, Corsica, and more errors too.
Even with only Russian map mods.
Is there any Background mod with all of Russia, that BenganJ has not done?

It doesn't cover "all" of Russia, but enough to cover the western parts of the Great Steppe Map.

i hope this time zone issues would be solved in next versions of promods, it ruins gameplay when you see sun way above horizon at 23:00 hours and when you see daylight again at 03:00 a.m

North British isles does have a slight missmatch. Iceland I have not checked.
+ does ETS2 without any mods have the same issue too. And in that case, where?
