Modders making money off Canada?

Plenty of issues out in the ATS world, my question is. Are y'all just ok with editors making yards out of your Canada mod and charging for it? Came across a guy getting ready to do just that and I believe charging for edits of free mods is out of line. I just want to know where Promods stands on this issue.

If they are editing our mod and selling the modifications that violates SCS policy
