[2.52] Weird issue with a big garage in ProMods

I've just installed ProMods 2.52 on existing profile and noticed tones of error messages in the game log like these:

I thought that some of my mods are not updated to 1.40 and I deactivated them all. But errors in the game log didn't disappear.
Without ProMods activated game log was clear of these messages.

I did a small test on a new profile with only ProMods installed.
I bought a garage with old prefab in Geneve and extend it without any issues.
Then I bought a garage with new prefab in Bern and extend it. I've got a lot of error messages

Then I did the same test on a new clean profile without ProMods
Both garages with old and new prefabs are extended without errors

Does anybody know why it happened and how it can be fixed

I`ve got the same problem. With Promods installed hundreds of those lines , without Promods no problem whatsoever.
I hope we are going to get an answer.!

We have the same problem and we are trying to find a solution the problems with Red Sea Map 1.2.1 and Promods 2.52
It generates a new nav cache eveytime. Which will make the time of profile loading very long.

The problem has to do with Promods Taba but seems to affect the Red Sea Map navcache because of the prefabs.
We know the cause, but not the solution yet. Except replacing the garages.
Is there someone with a lot of knowledge who might know a different solution?

Recently I asked about the problem with the big garage with ProMods installed. To reproduce this issue on a new profile you need to buy end extend the garage to big.

Today I have restored garage_expensive_sc prefeb from original game and packed it into a simple mod
I placed it above ProMods and error messages have gone.
It seems like ProMods somehow broke this prefab. What do you think?

You may find patch by the link below. Maybe someone else find this fix useful too.
Please keep in mind it is provided as is. Don't complaint to ProMods team about any issues with it, it is not a part of official ProMods.
