Just wanted to report that it seems that Promods will break Mexico Extremo.
Edit: I just realized that there is a fix on Team Reforma website.
Edit 2: What should be the correct load order? It seems that if I place the fix on top of all maps, it will break in a different way.

Sorted. There was a patch for Viva Mexico that was not listed on Team Reforma's webpage.

Looks like you are missing Viva Mexico. You will need it because Mexico Extremo rebuilds parts of that map. Plus adds border crossings from the USA. Also my game crashed when pulling up the map. Other than that game functioned normally. I haven't tried the fix yet, but I seemed to fix the crashing by loading Team Reforma maps above promods. Also follow the load order they recommend on their website pr SCS forums.
I have Viva Mexico. The problem was that there was a fix patch for Viva Mexico, and it was not listed on Team Reforma. I found it on an SCS forum post.
Anyway, it's all good now, sorry about it. =]
