Will Lviv be expanded in the future updates? I may be wrong but it feels a bit empty as for one of the largest cities in Ukraine.

Unlikely.Will Lviv be expanded in the future updates? I may be wrong but it feels a bit empty as for one of the largest cities in Ukraine.
1st: Our current Lviv layout is ring-road-focussed (that's why it might feel "empty") because the big companies are located there.
2nd: There's very little space within the ring.
To make up for this, there is Lutsk, for example, where you can see more of the city (I can also confirm that Lutsk will be extended in the future (during the 3rd Ukraine development phase)).
Another city I am working on at the moment will also be very urban.

Hello ProMods Team.
Thank you for your excellent work and amazing map. I am especially grateful for the Western Ukraine part and wish you a lot of new wonderful cities on the map.
But to be honest Uzhhorod doesn't have a border cross with Hungary. It's in the city of Chop about 25 km from Uzhhorod.
I understand that the map scale brings us some restrictions.
But would it be possible to move Uzhhorod little bit up on the map (to North) and the border cross little bit down (to South)?
Just to insert the small piece of the road between and put group of buildings on the right side of it (on East). So driver will be able to imagine another city there.
At least the easiest point to make this territory closer to the real one it's replace the bridge over the Tisa river to something looks like an original one

it's due to the 1:19 scale, 1 km in real life worth 19 km in game

Will Odessa and Kiev be built?

Both Odessa and Kiev are far from Western Ukraine. Odessa is closer to Moldova so it might be included but I'm not so sure about Kiev. Even if it were to be built, I don't think it will be in a foreseeable future.
