@Ingoolfd, in your second picture you show your Mod Manager with the search field set to "promo " (with a space at the end). I am not surprised that it doesn't find the ProMods files because the ProMods files do not have a space after the "o". What does your Mod Manager look like without entering anything into the search field?

Also ensure that your mod folder is in documents/ets2/mod not steamapps/common/ets2
