[FIXED] [2.50] Bugs with signs in Croatia

While I was exploring new areas I found bugs with signs

First is in Zadar area - there shouldn't be written Poslovna Zona "Zagreb Istok" - irl there's only Zadar and Split on that sign

The first co-ordinates were incorrect, these are the correct ones:
