I would be happy, if something like your map would be iberia, only the cities could be more detailed, but I think it wasn´t your Intention to Show detailed cities in this map. I hope, Madrid will include the M-30 for example

It's more likely that SCS will choose M-40 or M-50 (Or both) due to innumerable industrial areas being settled around these two motorways.

I hope they make the real signs with exit numbers on highways in Spain and Portugal like they did in Finland

Even 1 ring road takes a lot of space.
Altho, there is an ok distance to Ciudad Real. But with all 3 ring roads, it would be very close to Madrid. Ingame, if all 3 ring roads for Madrid.

There will be only the more used (maybe the external one) and not completed. Madrid is central to the map so the scale issues are more felt than in "peripheric" cities like Barcelona, Lisbon or others (which can grow to the sea if needed).

One good thing is that is somewhat far away from other big cities.
Except for Toledo.
