At first you should fix the loading order with ProMods and the ME-Addon, otherwise you'll run in other Problems too: https://www.promods.net/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=29618
The actual cause of the crash is that one of your Weather Mods is incompatible with ETS2 1.36. Probably:
ProjectNG 2.0
Either remove, or look for an update.
"Real European Gas Stations Reloaded" Is also incompatbile with ProMods.

It looks like detours causing a crash on that road, atleast I can only confirm that, when detours are enabled. So try with them disabled, although you may need to cancel your job.
