We'll see what the developers say (I'm not a developer myself; their names are in blue ). They might add those towns (maybe Kruševac over Kraljevo, but who's to say?) if they decide to make a road to Montenegro (E-761) in the future.

If you look just above my post, your answer is there.
Any news related to the addition/rebuild of any roads/cities will be posted here when the developers are ready to share them.

You should add like a Balkans addon and add all the typical yugoslavian cars you see on street (including zastava car like yugo,101 florida and zastava 10) and add Montenegro. That would be very enjoyable. And you also should add the E761 road.
New highway since few days ago in Serbia. From Belgrade to Cacak. Sign E-761

For those not keeping track with SCS blogs, two ProMods cities have been confirmed for RttBS DLC: Pleven and Ruse. Both cities have been shown off with areas that aren't represented in Promods. so merger should be possible (in theory). The fate of Montana and Vidin remains unknown.
Are you going to connect RttBS area by Dimitrovgrad border ? A4 highway in Serbia is near completion - only section Niš - Crvena Reka is UC, other sections are finished. This road is important for transit from Turkey to EU, and it bypass Romania

Corridor 10. Niš to Bulgarian border.
Ain't that almost finished?
Gradinje Border Crossing + Bulgarian Border Kalotina, those seem a bit interesting.
If checking how the trucks drive there. Different compared to normal cars.
I would guess that they'll someday create a Niš - Sofia connection.
Montana and Vidin that jackalnxt mentioned.
I would guess that atleast 1 of those will be ingame.
Connecting RttBS to ProMods, that I suspect will take time.
Atleast when keeping the ProMods redone areas of the SCS map.

I can see a lot of the Promods Bulgarian signs being brought back, since they have the realistic ones with the kilometres written on them, while SCS don't use them (we do have versions of the signs without the kilometres inside cities themselves tho). I can also see Promods adding a ton more of these signs around the country.
Between Vidin and Montana, I would say that Vidin has the higher chances, mostly due to its geographical location. Even if its a visitable city, it should be at least visible from a distance and it will be easy to be added back in. Montana is a bit more tricky, as the inclusion of the Petrohan pass might limit the room in that area somewhat.
In regards to other connections, wasn't there something said about Sofia being in development at one point but was cancelled after the DLC was announced? If Sofia was planned then the border connections were also probably in, at least, somewhat advanced development.
