[Fixed] [#320] M27, disappearing AI

Cars disappear at the service station between Southampton and Portsmouth on the M27 heading towards Portsmouth.

This is on 1.7.1 with all of Jazzycats mods included

There may be an issue 200m further EAST from the same service station (heading eastbound) where cars re-appear but they may just have been spawning.

I guess this happens in all UK service stations as we changed that prefab

Fixed in WIP
