Game crashes when i'm launching the map editor

Move all your mods to a different folder. Leave only ProMods.

Before the Mod Manager was introduced, ETS2 was loading the mods just like the editor now - all mods from your mod folder, alphabetically.

That's because the game has always worked that way. There was a time there was no mod manager and the game basically loaded mods like this.

yes. i had the same.

Those hdr parameter errors are familiar to me, I posted a crash having to do with the same thing. I found out that the Realistic Graphics compatibility add-on for Promods had not been updated properly and would crash the game while loading due to the climate.sii file being out of date. Though I also see several other errors in this log that might also be related to mods as well try and unsubscribe to all the steam workshop content as they will still be loading into the game if you do not, and just run the editor with only Promods files in the mod folder.
