In case some of you did not notice about the update.

With this new version, Barcelona and Bilbao are on land and Southern Region coastline is on the right place. And all countries are now enlightened.

@CAPLV
it's a nice but it also modifies the truck buildin GPS screen and this could lead to possible problems when you drive a modded truck which also modifies the gps screen.

I think the man from xbs does it

About this mod, fantastic job, truly works, now that I removed one of the older saves, must say I'm impressed. Once I used the other less integrated colourful map for ETS 2 for 1.25x and older, until I've realised it had to be updated very soon, now it is.

One question, could you, the author create a map overlay mod that mimics the ocean and water movements when displayed the ETS 2 virtual world map ?

That would be fun. Don't take take it so literally, it's mearly a suggestion, nothing else.

Keep up the great work. Happy truckin'. :)

@Master_of_the_road : are you talking about the author of this topic (me) or the author of the map (Elmer BeFudded)?
If it's me, i can't help you about that :)
If it's the mod's author, don't know if he is on the promods forum, but you can try asking on the SCS forum.

Loupdargent, of course I was talking about the author, Elmer Befudded, but that was fast talk, nothing conclusive, when I have the chance to contact him on SCS Forum, I will.

Happy truckin'.

Hi All! Elmer here!

A bit of a late reply but..... Yes I realised after the interim update that Trieste is still pretending to be Venice (in the sea!) and it is in hand.

I'm just waiting to see if I can get a "legacy" Italia DLC (or maybe make the steam version work in a retail game?) so I can do Italy properly and then make a "final" release.

Until then, when visiting Trieste, remember to wear long wellington boots or waders!

Regards Elmer
