I know, this is a strange question to ask, because it's a EURO Truck Simulator, but, wouldn't it be challenging and beautiful at the same time if you could "drive" to French Guiana?
Favourite games: Rainbow Six: Siege, ETS2, Terraria
Maybe, but in ATS. Also, it has even less people than Iceland, so its importance is (not) debatable.

It would be nice and challenging though, but then I do more prefer Greenland in ets 
Ah, yes, even more remote place. How about the island of Bjørnøya? That's in the middle of nowhere.
