Oh yes, I see PSC is not available in Estonia. That's bad.

PM is in parts, just like all previous versions but it's still bigger than 1GB. Assets is 1.32GB, Model1 is 1.74GB and Model2 is 1.34GB.
RusMap is done the same way.

Anyway, as MandelSoft already said - Steam Workshop doesn't support map mods.

Ninja'ed.

But does RusMap need the map DLC's to work or not?

yes, rusmap needs both dlc, too. GE for the main game map connection and assets, and scandinavia for assets, i guess.

what you can do is try out the standalone maps, but even then, they might need assets. they usually tell you what they need in their description, under what version of the game they support.

Yes, it was already said a few times.
Maybe it'll happen in the future? I don't use this whole Workshop anyway, except for my own mod for city names :D

Without some kind of version control, the workshop is a great way to introduce incompatibilities between the base mod and the game. Take as an example a mod that was specifically created for 1.24, and will not run on older versions. Subscribing to this mod you will get the version available, for 1.24. If you were to roll your game back to 1.23 to retain promods or other mods, leaving that mod active will lead to game crashes. If that was an existing mod that worked on 1.23 and the author pushed an update for 1.24 that no longer worked on 1.23, it would get updated automatically, now forcing a decision about which mod to drop. Using the manual install method we have, we can have complete control over versions. It may be more work, but the reward can be long term stability. Put together a group of mods that work and fill the needs you have, then stick with them while game updates and mod updates get worked out.
