Hi,

I have followed the installation tutorial and I've unpacked all the files and placed them under Documenst - Euro Truck Simulator 2 - Documents:

However, the mod simply isn't there under "MODS" in the game.

Anyone have any idea?

Maybe you have changed the "homedir"? So your mod folder is in different location? Do other mods work?

I have the same problem, mod manager does not show the ProMods 2.0. Moreover, it shows old promods which are not in the mod-folder at all.

That's strange, please provide a screenshot of your mod manager, mod folder and provide your game.log.

Some say, I'm addicted to ETS2. But then I say. No, it's ProMods, it's a way of life.

I found the reason! I have installed the ets2 to D:/Program Files (x86)/Euro Truck Simulator 2/ but I found another ets2-folder under C:/Windows/Users/xxx and seems the mod manager is reading that mod-folder, not the one I installed the ets2 in. I moved the ProMods 2.0 files into the the folder under Users and everything works fine now. Maybe the reason for the two ets2 folders could be that couple years ago I installed the ets2 by its default setting to C-drive and later had to free some space there so I re-installed the ets2 to my D-drive...

That's what I assumed :) Good that you figured it out.
