I can't figure out how to add the state flags, however some states have flags that are very simular

its pretty easy just find a small thumbnail from a site, wikipedia will have most flags, arms, and seals then copy the url and make sure to edit the part of the link that says the pixel size of the image and choose a number like 32px from whatever size you copied. I took the liberty to put the names you gave into a list format this forum uses and found images for the cites and their counties. below is the result.
