How to transfer the folder where MOD is located, if my C drive is out of space, so I can unzip files to the MOD folder

thank you for the help, i does this tutorial as it said, i installed the software and i dropped a junction in to another drive, and After new folder appears i dropped mods files but the C drive still takes up storage space. confused right now

I'm using Steam Mover. Works great and it doesn't decrease the performance in-game. ;) It creates a shortcut mod folder and the real one is on the disk you want to. :)
