This doesn't look realistic at all, especially that I see a double solid line there.

You could move/remove this pavement to allow a "normal" left turn to the gas station.

Also, I'm sure that wouldn't be realistic in Estonia as well. I doubt signs and driving rules in Poland are much different so if it doesn't make sense in Estonia, it won't make sense here ;)

As a foreight truck driver who transit passes a country, I would be confused. Signage needs to be more clear.

A failsafe would just be to replicate real life as closely as possible. I don't think you'll have many problems with unrealistic sign combos then. ;)
