Come to think of it, I haven't seen those glow-in-the-dark barriers for a while now, but then I suppose you'd need to do a lot of night driving to notice them, and like I said, it now seems like they were caused by a mod, probably one I longer use.
Sorry for asking, but are you getting those barriers with other mods installed, or with no mods (apart from the PM files)? I see by your screenshot that you were in Germany near Magdeburg. Perhaps you could post the coords next time you come across those barriers, then I can run some tests. Unless in the meantime you find the cause, or I find some myself :D .

Hey,

It's not just that area!! They're all through Poland too, I've noticed, as well as Germany. I haven't checked with no mods yet, but will do.

Just to add: sometimes weather or lighting mods make alterations to signs, posts, barriers etc., making them 'reflective'. Maybe you have such a mod or mods? I had to edit a lighting mod because it was making direction signs blank or have no texture.

Check if the mods have automat folders.

If so it could be that one of the crash barrier material files is overwritten with a different one.
Am I developing at the moment?

Ok, I will, but I'm sure it only happened after removing the .sii file. Could have been that I only noticed it then, though. I'll give you an update when I've checked a few things. :)

I apologize for reviving the topic, but I have the same issue, and it drives me nuts during the night hauls, as it looks like half of the game highways is glowing in the night (glowing barriers).

For now I have seen it in France, and Italy, and partly in Croatia. So it is something that is added by a particular mod. But I am not sure which one. Could be Realistic weather, rain fog, mod? Or maybe Realistic graphics?

Where I should go to fix the issue?

1. Show us a screenshot of this issue
2. Disable all mods, then start adding them one by one and you'll see which mod causes this ;)
3. After you know which mod it is, contact the author so he can fix it
