Guys , everything is great , you're doing an awesome job and more and more things are done so fast so good on you ! but , When i added the mod i simply cannot scroll to the top cities in Scandinavia to see it in detail , because the map doesn't allow me to , it bounces me back to the lower part , what should i do O.o it gets annoying.

You must have another mod installed that overrules game_data.sii thereby suppressing our correction of the zoom levels.
I am Image Dutch living in Image New Zealand and I speak Image EN Image DE Image SE Image FR

Hmm.. il turn off all the mods and see if it changes, il get back to you.
