What does ProMods give you?

Sorry, i'm new to ETS2 and will be installing ProMods, all i want to know is Promods just a giant map update?
Please could someone link me or tell me what are the features?

If you intend to use other mods, it is necessary to follow the load order, to prevent game crashes. Please note that not all mods are compatible with ProMods.
Please also keep in mind that ALL map DLCs (Going East!, Scandinavia, Vive la France!, Italia, Beyond the Baltic Sea & Road to the Black Sea) will be required for the next version (2.45).
