The install topic shows the def file ending in a .scs format. After unzipping all the files they all appear to end in scs except the def file.
The def file unzips into a whole folder of files.

How do I use the def file? the topic I am following is how to install promods in these very forums, does anyone have something updated?

Just copy the def file into your Mods folder like you downloaded it. There's no need to extract it in any ways.

No it is downloading it as a .zip file ScuL
promods-def-st-v243.zip is the filename.

My older installed version was most definately a .scs or .def file can't remember right now.

Using Vivaldi as a web browser, ill try IE for the heck of it.

Added in 3 minutes 6 seconds:
It's Vivaldi, I am guessing chrome may try to save it as a .zip as well.
IE downloaded it as a scs, looks to be the same size so I am guessing the extension is being renamed for some reason.
Thanks for the help guys.

Whatever the reason, browsers downloading it as a ZIP file have incorrect MIME type specifications
