I am contacting you because there was a major update not long ago from the promod and so I bought the new dlc and I would like to know if I should update the promod if so how to do it.

ProMods 2.43 (the latest version) is compatible with ETS2 1.36 (the latest game version) and the Black Sea DLC (the latest DLC), but all areas of the new DLC are overwritten by ProMods.
For the update: just download ProMods again (and generate a new def file) and replace the files in your mod folder.
