I just got this update via Steam, unfortunately the current Promods is not compatible.

Hi,

1.) do not bump other topics
2.) 2.42 only works with 1.35 - 2.43 (which will be compatible with 1.36) will be released when it's ready.

I created this topic because I was surprised to see that two days after I bought the promods paid download, it is again incompatible !
I wasn't aware that another Eurotruck Simulator 2 DLC was recently released...

I would have liked to know, if exceptionally, I could have been reimbursed for this purchase, because I think I paid for nothing...
I still plan to use the next version, which will be compatible again.

Same story, my game auto updated and now I can't play it and my vanilla save won't load either. Not asking for a refund, would just like to know how and when I'll be able to update promods. Other than this issue I'm very happy that I purchased it.

If you right click euro truck simulator 2 , select properties and then go to the beta tab you can select temporary_1.35(...) and use 1.35 to run promods

How did you miss all those announcements which SCS posted in previous months?

It's not about the DLC. 1.36 was finally published today. Just downgrade to 1.35 and you'll be fine.

Can we expect the RttBS compatibility patch this year ?

I recommend not expecting anything - the joy if the dev team actually manage to publish a patch this year will be even bigger

Promods will announce when updates are available for 1.36. As for being worried about payments they do offer a free alternative download method, just means you have to wait a little longer. Just revert to the 1.35.X version on Steam and you can continue playing.
