Yes you can use SOFORT, bank transfer or Credit Card, but you have to have a PayPal account.
I don't understand the negative approach of German users with PayPal. It's a safe and world renowned payment gateway.

My PayPal account is suspended because of a dispute.

Most of the money from the fast download needs to be paid back to the hoster that hosts the fast download files. So there's only very little money that will remain for the team.
