The game is not crashing, it is building the navigation cache. This takes some time, just be patient.

And this can cause a problem later:

You are loading both the replacement and standalone TCP definition files, you must choose one or the other.

@deruwe201, can you show us a picture of all the promods files you downloaded in the same directory with the file sizes shown?

And have you tried using the file tester tool (also available on the download page)?
