Promods version 2.18 part 2 file is missing from the download link

2. Why do you want to use 2.18? 2.20 has the same requirements as 2.18, but it's a newer version.

Can you post the full game.log between CODE tags or on pastebin?
You have maybe need to update to Rusmap 1.7.4 and you need to have Promods 2.20 def file checked with Rusmap compatibility.
