Hi there,

a lot of user seem to have trouble caused by antivirus software damaging the archives during downloading (real time filter) or extracting (damaged .scs files). Disabling the antivirus has been the solution for several user as well. IMO the Self-Help Guide should contain this important information; the hint is just missing:

Corrupted files

If you get an error saying the files are corrupted this is 100% false. It's more than likely to be one of the following problems:

1) Your archiving software is outdated and cannot extract LZMA-32 archives.
2) You're trying to extract files which aren't in the same folder, all .7z.00x-files must be in the same folder.
3) One or more files are not named sequentially. All files must be named promods-vXX.7z.00x. You may not have files like promods-vXX (1).7z.00x.
4) One or more files are missing or incomplete. Please use the file tester to verify.

I don't know... It's really not my first time trying to unpack something but this one seems not OK to me. I payed the 1 USD for downloading your latest 2.17 package but can't extract it anyhow. Before you ask, yes, I have followed the intrustions closely but still a no go I think there's a problem with the archived document. I've tried 7zip (latest version), WinRAR, WinZip (very latest versions), etc, no success so far.
Trying to unpack it with 7zip I'm having the following message:

"Can not open the file as 7z archive
Unexpected end of data"

Now I'm downloading the free verison (7 separate archives) and I'll see if those are OK. Fingers crossed...

I just find it a little strange because I also dowloaded the 2.16 earlier when it was released as one batch and had no problems unzipping it whatsoever!

It seems the 2.17 archive has corrupted during upload somehow, I don't know. I am talking to Payloadz to understand how or why.
Don't worry everybody that has paid for this download will receive a new link for free.

The problem has been solved, everybody who downloaded this accidentally corrupt file now has a free link in their mailbox.

Just finished downloading the free 7 separate files. Didn't get any new mail from you guys so far. The free version is perfect, works like a charm.
I'd rather appreciate a "free" download of your next release AS ONE BATCH if this payed one has already been botched and I had to use the escape way
