Well, you assigned WinRAR to .001, .002, .004, .005, .006 and .007 files... You must have all files named like that:
promods-v203.7z.001 (this file can be assigned to WinRAR, it was working for me)
promods-v203.7z.002
promods-v203.7z.003
promods-v203.7z.004
promods-v203.7z.005
promods-v203.7z.006
promods-v203.7z.007

You also have duplicates of some archives. Delete them.

When i download 1st file it doesnt have .001, when i rename it to promo....001 then it says Unex..
I have renamed all files with ending.00

You don't rename them... You had correct format of those files. Delete all files. Download them again, don't change anything and just try to extract first part.

Downloaded all the files, didnt do shit with them, just copied to other map, clicked extract here. Unexpected end of data.

As I said earlier, you assigned WinRAR to open extensions like .002, .005. It won't work if you still have it like that.

I downloaded 8 times in 3 different browsers and extract shows always corrupt

Did you follow the tutorial? You need to have all the parts (.001 to .007) in one folder, and only extract part .001.
