I took a while for me too (<30min), to receive the download link. But I just got it.
Maybe it's in you SPAM folder? Or it may be lost on the interwebs international highways... Or stuck in traffic indeed..

Hi, I'm having the same issue. Its 1hr 30 mins since I purchased 2.30. I have a receipt and invoice number and have contacted payloadz. The invoice ID from PayPal is not recognised by Payloadz and only shows previous orders. Hopefully link will arrive soon.

I'm also having issues receiving a download link.
After filing a ticket at Payloadz, they have referred me back to you! I've never had this issue with purchasing your maps before.
The only link that appears is 2.27, but that is from June. I'm cautious to pay for it again in case I don't get the link twice.
