However, I have a huge problem when accessing to the forum.
I live in China, when I access to the forum, it requires a CAPTCHA confirm.
However, the confirm requires the access to google.com. In China, there is
unable to have an access to google.com. As the result, in order to access
to the forum, I have to use a VPN (sometimes may fail), or get the
downloads on the websites that can be accessed in China. Please fix the
problems (such as use other confirm ways without using google) so that I
can access to the forum in China without trouble.

China will, and always will require a Capacha due to unwanted traffic coming from there. We will not be unblocking this. You're best on this instance to use a VPN if you're having trouble.

I think you misunderstand, China is behind a CAPTCHA because attacks are originating from Chinese IP addresses. Sadly this is required for Chinese users.

It is not allowed to redistribute ProMods outside of our servers.

Never said you're unwelcome, I am saying there is too much bad traffic. There are many sites that block China including us. Also note putting the mod on third party sites is considered Piracy and is not handled lightly. I know people in China use VPN's to get out of the restrictive firewall just like how you are now so if you have problems then VPN out.

ReCapacha is used on many sites and isn't our fault if this is blocked in China either.
