This is odd. ProMods shouldn't be interfering with this. Maybe something is still stuck here conflicting with the lights. I'll check...
EDIT: Turns out we didn't remove /model/flares/flare.dds. This will be corrected in the upcoming release.

In darker night when AI vehicle is approaching it's low beam lights do shine more (flare not light) and when almost in your side flare effect shutdown. Very nice step to realism.
