Cant go to any city

I enabled the 1.27 console and set developer command to 1.
But when i try to go to city just nothing happens. Is there something else i can do?

For example my HQ is Berlin.
I m there now and i type for example goto praha or munchen or any city and just i m in my truck nothing happens.
The free camera doesnt appear nothing happens at all.

This may sound obvious, but you are aware that the command is goto (all one word), not go to, right?
Also, check that g_developer and g_console are both set to "1" in config.cfg
Only other thing I can think of, is make sure you are typing the name of the city correctly.

Yes they are for example when i type g_set_time 7 it happens and when i try to go to city nothing happens.

Are you trying to do this with the game paused? When teleporting to a city, the game will not load the scenery, buildings, etc in the new location if the game is paused. Make sure you are doing this with the game clock running. Sorry, but that's the only other thing I can think of which might be causing you an issue. Simply typing:

goto Paris

Or whatever city you wish to go to, should work.

If game detects typing error it will say so.
Goto paris only moves camera above city, use numpad 8 and mouse to move camera and when you are in good safe place press F9.

And if you want to go in München or Prague, it might not work. You should write goto munich or goto prague if you want to enter either one of the cities, as the game detects only English names of the cities.

You do not need the whole name of the city. Goto Rey for instance, will bring you to Reykjavik. Goto kja will probably get you to Reykjavik too, since there are no other city with 'kja' in their name.

Sorry, but that is not quite true. "goto munich" will fail when using just ProMods or the base game (no mods). The game depends on the names specified in the city definition file. Here is an example excerpt from a city definition file:

"goto munchen" and "goto München" will both work because they are both specified in the definition file (" city_data: city.munchen " and " city_name: 'München' ", respectively). "goto MÜNCHEN" doesn't seem to work for me. If you are using some additional mod which translates city names into English by changing the definition files, then "goto munich" may work for you.

That is true. However, this is probably not the best example because several ProMods cities contain "rey": Akureyri, Reyðarfjörður, Reykjavík. If your argument to "goto" matches multiple locations, the game picks one (I'm not exactly sure how the game decides which one to choose). So the more precise advice is to specify enough of the name to uniquely identify the city you want.
