If you read the compatibility page, and the download instructions before you downloaded the mod a little bit better.
It's clearly told you need ALL DLC's when using ProMods 2.15.

so that will explain why i cant get it either lol you might have put in the read me or something that you need a DLC

It's on the download page, it's in the readme in the files, and it's on the description in the mod manager. It couldn't be simpler. You need all 3 map DLCs for ProMods.
