They either have to start small and let it grow incrementally, or release nothing for another 7 years so version 1.0 can be comparable to ETS now.

I know which one I'd prefer.

Exactly, thats why I think they should go with A... It means that WE get our map earlier (even tho itll be smaller) BUT... we get it earlier, and its not like if we choose A that they will not do the other parts... they will still end up doing option D but in a second update, thats why we should go with option A if that makes sense...

Edit: point is that we will get the expansion FASTER, keep in mind that just because they release the smaller version first doesn't mean they wont expand in the future lol

Hello to you, it takes around 8 hours from Windsor, ON. to QC. Border on 401 at 100 km/h average speed (828 km).
You also forgot that some highways now go 120km/h in Ontario

I didn't forget anything, I just reviewed the Ontario Highway Traffic Act and there is only 3 pieces of highway that allow speed of up to 110 km/h ( 417, 402 and bits of QEW).

The road we were originally speaking about was the 401 which is still limited at 100 km/h.

Of course you can drive 120 km/h, but I don't recommend.

I'm surprised I missed this before, but I just noticed a potential oversight with the traffic lights looking back through the teasers so far.

In BC, there will always be lights off to the side in addition to the ones overhead. Occasionally not on the right side, but always one on the left, even in rural areas.

Often they will be mounted to their own little poles.

Maybe this was left out intentionally or because of technical reasons, or maybe it's just not finished yet, but I thought I would mention it nonetheless.

Really GREAT to hear that you are currently designing and releasing another great map mod but this time encompassing the beautiful and vast Canadian splendour, and I am sure that I speak for every-one here when i humbly ask that you designers and staff STFU and take our money already, mkaaaay.

Hello,

as some of you might know, I've been the developer of the ETS 2 Barents Sea Project.
Due to personal reasons I had to take a break from mapping, but now I think it's time to start working on the map again ;) .

As some of you might read in the blog post, I'm specialising on British Columbia now.
So enjoy the attached images!
