Look at a map : between BC and Ontario there is 3 provinces : Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, so there is still a very long way to go if Promods want to make Ontario.
(which I don't know if they want to make it)

Even from the USA side, if you want to make and connect Ontario without making other Canadian provinces first, Montana, Dakota and Minnesota are still missing. Which means at least 2 years of waiting, probably more, for SCS to make theses states...
