I would obviously love to see option D as fast as possible. But i think that you should release option A and then work on the new parts for a later update so that you dont have to rush it in any way so that we get even better quality.

Regarding versions?
I would go for A, for release 1.
And include Pemberton, Lillooet etc in release 2.

While the prospect of extra content is definitely exciting, it may make the most sense to release what was originally planned first (option A). Even an interim update like C or D could happen a while after A has been released.

(Copy/paste of my blog reply):

Another vote for Option A first, then Option D further in the future. Or, if a three-release approach of A, C, D wouldn't add to the workload compared to A, D that'd be awesome. Then again, I live in Kamloops so I'm biased towards having myself and friends drive my area as soon as possible.

Option D would be a spectacular drive. I've driven in many different parts of B.C. and BC 99 between Vancouver and Cache Creek is one of the most beautiful and fun drives I've done.

Oh, this is relevant now. I filmed a timelapse of the southern part of BC-99 last autumn and I figure it might be helpful if some extra reference is needed.
