Constant crash 2

I played normally in the morning. I have the update turned off, but they gave something from Australia info and suddenly the game is not loading. Hangs at half load

Just wait until the game finished loading, don't try to close it yourself. The first load can take up to 30 minutes, due of building the navigation cache.
