Removed mods causing problems

Hello! I removed some car mods today and they are still causing problems for my game. Game stil tries to detect Volvo VNL stuff when the car isn't in the game anymore same goes for my Skoda Superb making the game crash when I enter dealers. Any1 know how to combat this?
