[2.32] Toll barrier don´t go up in special transport in Terni (ITA)

So, I tried to make a special transport from Napoli to Terni just to get stuck in these toll barriers. The only solution I found is to exit the game and reload in front of the barriers, then the barriers appear automatically up.
I tested in 1.33.2s (all dlc) only with promods maps 2.32
