I don't even know how to fix this

Yesterday and last night everything was working perfectly, no crashes/errors.
Now it crashes and I've seen the logs but I don't have a clue how to fix that error, I even searched it but nothing.

You're running many mods. The best answer we can give to you is to remove every single mod except ProMods and start adding them one by one until you find the culprit.

Since this is in the Non-Promods problems, I haven't got promods because I can't be asked to wait 20 minutes just to download a 200 mb file. The same mods I used yesterday and since I installed The Great Steppe, I tried running it but it crashed and that is when all this messed up thing came along

So I ran Romania Extended (not the problem) with Southern Region (<probably the problem since I ran RE by itself and worked fine) and it crashed...
So my plan is to get the ferry connections, if it's not working then I might reinstall Southern Region, if it's still not working, then I might have to play ets without RE so I can play Southern Region, or report this to the developers, what do you think?
