Can anyone help with this crash. Happening just outside of Saint Petersburg. Saying an error reference a beacon. Happens at the exact same point - tried a number of times...

I cannot say for certain if it's the reason for the crash, but both your Jazzycat mods are outdated. Try updating them.
Also, even though I don't think it's the reason for this crash, you should move your ProMods map package lower, to the other ProMods packages.
EDIT: One more thing: is there any particular reason you are running in safe mode? I personally have no idea how this affects gameplay.

1. This is an error with RusMap, not ProMods.
Saint Petersburg is supplied by RusMap.
2. Your version of RusMap is out of date.
You should be using version 1.7.4 of RusMap: viewtopic.php?f=42&t=10186.
You can find an updated connection file in the RusMap thread for ProMods 2.20 in that thread.
