Hello, I apologise if this is the wrong forum but I really need help, my ATS keeps crashing whenever I press the pause button, so I am unable to finish jobs and I can't exit the game without it crashing either.

Here is my game.log

That's a problem with your GPUs driver. Either try:
-Reinstalling the current driver or update if it is still an older driver.
-Install an older driver Version
-Disable Geforce Expirience if you're using it.

I checked and i'm not using Geforce Experience, I tried updating my driver but everything is up to date; and the game still doesn't work.
Anything else I can try?

Try installing an older GPU Driver then. There were quite some people having the same dx11 error with Nvidia Cards and either an older or disabling Geforce Expirience worked.
It's maybe a bug in the game engine or Nvidia Drivers software, that some Hardware/Driver combinations doesn't work well, so maybe the best solution would be to report that to SCS including a game.crash log, so they can analyze why the game fails to render the Graphics. Dx11 error 0x887a0005 doesn't really tell much.
But I can't test/confirm that issue, since I'm using an AMD GPU and don't have this problem.
OpenGL will probably solve the problem, but it is not really an option, it was more meant for people using Mac or Linux and for people with weak hardware.

Sorry for the (very) late response, I don't know what email to send the information to, please may you tell me which email should I send my crash.log to?

Thanks
